We reschedule to the next available date, simple. If you have access to an indoor location, we can use that as a backup. I monitor the forecast closely and will coordinate with you to have a clear Plan B ready.

For most standard corporate shoots with minimal gear, no permit is needed. If your project involves a larger setup (e.g., tripods, lighting) in a high-traffic public area, I will advise you on the need for a permit and can assist with the application process.

Once the final payment is received, you are granted full commercial rights to use the content for your business marketing and promotion. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio to help promote my services.

While I have never cancelled last-minute, I have a contingency plan. In case of a genuine emergency, I will immediately notify you and have a trusted network of professional photographers/videographers on standby to ensure your shoot is completed seamlessly.
